Introduction:Sound financial management is critical to the success of all types of development projects and should take account of project systems and country systems for financial management.
The objective of this training is to enable the participants to better manage the financial and cost aspects of the development projects. This training will promote a better understanding of cost behavior, implications of financial decision and various aspects of project financial management in special context of humanitarian environment.
