AIMS International provides intuitive consultancy services in conflict, post-conflict and fragile environments. We work clients in the developmental, governmental and private sectors guiding them towards their respective goals.
The purpose of AIMS International is to provide a balance between international and local expertise in the best interests of the communities.
About the course:
Participants will gain an understanding of the strategic issues and organisational challenges facing such development NGOs. They will gain insight into the demands on NGO managers, and analyse the leadership skills and management competencies needed to meet these challenges. Participants will also be introduced to some of the concepts & management tools that are commonly used in managing NGOs.
