For NGO managers, this workshop looks at the more strategic aspects of NGO financial management. Who is it for?

This course is aimed at managers of small to medium-sized NGOs and those responsible for strategic financial management, including Board members.

It is also suitable for international NGO programme managers who advise local partners on how to plan for financial sustainability.

Previous financial management experience or training is not a requirement for this course although it is advantageous to complete our Getting the basics right course first if you are completely new to financial management.

How much does it cost?

Fees start from £480*****. The course fee depends on your organisation’s annual turnover, and whether you book early or not. Early bookings (made at least 8 weeks in advance of the course start date) qualify for the lower, early booking price. A 5% group booking discount is also available.
